� Ensure the Company�s Quality systems and procedures meet government, certification, and customer requirements, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
� Maintain and update the Quality Manual.
� Control and approve internal procedures.
� Conduct audits to ensure company-wide compliance.
� Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including preventive actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to support the Quality System and operational efficiency.
� Achieve departmental and corporate goals by managing staff, evaluating activities, identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and recommending system improvements.
� Maintain and enhance product quality through audits, customer complaint investigations, and collaboration with management on new product designs, engineering, manufacturing, and training methods.
� Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
� Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
� Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of proven quality management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
� Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
� Strong familiarity with ISO compliance.
� MRP knowledge; SAP experience preferred.
� ISO9001/AS9100 Lead Auditor training.
� Proven experience in statistical analysis.
� Experience with material and inventory control systems such as Kanban, SMI, and Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
� Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing concepts.
