� Support customers� technical requirements from program infancy through First Article Inspections
� Develop and maintain work instructions and manufacturing processes for various metal products
� Evaluate products� material properties to ensure adherence to strict specifications
� Continuous improvement principles
� Model and optimize material process flow through production to improve on time delivery
� Contribute to the research, design, and selection of tooling, fixturing, and gauging to be used in the manufacturing process
� Oversee equipment modifications, upgrades, and automation
� Experience with Deep Drawing, Metal Spinning, Flowforming, or any other coldworking process.
� Minimum 4+ years� experience working in engineering in the manufacturing industry
� Bachelor�s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
� Experience working with 2D and/or 3D Solid works software
� Ability to interpret technical drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
� Knowledge of metals and materials
� Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Flowforming, Deep drawing, Metal Spinning, CNC Machining, Non-Destructive Testing and Mechanical Testing
� Experience working in an AS9100 facility
� Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
