We're looking to hire 5 Field Operatives to provide boots on the ground project oversight and support while acting as the eyes and ears for our client's customer management team. The Field Operatives will provide supplier oversight and act as a single point of contact for the customer while on-site. This is a full time traveling position to different large-scale projects across the US. Hourly rate around $25 per hour, per diem will be provided 7 days per week, rental truck and fuel card provided so must have an active driver's license and good driving record. This is a continuous assignment so for people with good work ethic and reliability will have long term work. I've included some job spec details below. Represents Customer in a professional manner while onsite.
-Ability to work alongside and coordinate with external contractors and logistics providers.
-Attend kickoff meetings for assigned projects, as well as any meetings
pertaining to the project.
-Provide support to customer/ project needs. (Inspections, coordination,
HSE, Reporting).
-Monitor project progress daily and report to management.
-Relay any customer feedback/updates during project execution.
-Ensure Project Timecards (if applicable) and expenses are under correct
project allocation and accurate.

Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Current state issued drivers license with acceptable driving history.
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an
organization.
-Ability to use an assigned laptop and utilize Microsoft Applications
(Outlook, Teams, Excel). Will be trained in Customers internal
logistics software.
-Previous Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience desired.
-Valid drivers license.
