System One is currently seeking a Construction Manager on a 12 month contract position located in Earth, TX or Hobbs, NM.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing oversight and technical assistance to solar farm construction crews.
Act as liaison between the construction contractors performing the work and the Project Manager.
Support/Handle the day-to-day functions of what's taking place in addition to being mindful of scope, schedule and budget.
Expected to be onsite everyday, 5-6 days per week to provide construction/safety oversight to ensure the the construction contractors and Project Manager have what they need to answer any questions relating to the work.
Relay needs/asks to the Project Manager as needed.
May interact with plant/facility operations on commissioning when the project nears in servicing.
When the project gets closed to in servicing, the site construction contractors (depending on project) could range anywhere between 150 to 200.

Construction Manager Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred scheduling experience with Primavera (P6)
10+ years construction management experience
Renewable Energy Construction Management: renewables sector, particularly wind, battery and preferably solar energy projects.
Valid Drivers License

Duration: 12 months
Location: Earth, TX or Hobbs, NM
Pay Rate: $85-90/hr
PD paid for non-local candidates
Work Schedule: 5/10s, could be working 6/10s or 6/12 depending on project. 10-15hrs OT per week expected
Fleet trucks will be available to use on project site only
