We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the electrical design and development of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and ensure that projects are executed with technical excellence and in compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable energy storage solutions.
