Spencer Ogden is supporting one of our clients, a 100% employee-owned EPC, in their search for a Safety & Health Specialist. The Site Safety & Health Specialist will support the site project management team to deliver project specific Safety & Health programs at the field location. This position will create and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free work site in a heavy construction environment. This will be for a wind project on Long Island.

Requirements:
3+ years construction safety, general industry safety, or construction management
Must be willing to work various schedules at the project site location
Must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges
Valid driver's license Required
OSHA 10 or 30
Candidates must be based in New England

About the position:
6-month contract-to-hire
W2 employment
Company paid medical & dental
$40-47/hr
$194/day per diem
1.5x OT
