Duration: one year contract

Responsibilities:
- Oversee energy and water-related customer improvements such as solar PV, energy storage, LED lighting retrofits, HVAC/control upgrades, water fixture and meter retrofits, and SCADA upgrades.
- Provide field input for tracking and reporting schedule and budget performance during construction.
- Support cost estimation and scheduling for projects in development/design phases.
- Prepare and execute Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control plans.
- Ensure construction adheres to civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & controls drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Set overall project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Conduct constructability reviews during development and implementation to determine special operator access or maintenance provisions.
- Coordinate with Project Engineer for technical consultations and QA/QC inspections.
- Lead the punch list process from substantial to final completion and manage the project turnover from construction to commissioning.
- Manage customer requirements for site access and security, including key card access for contractors.
- Work with customer site staff to minimize construction impact on building occupants.
- Manage outage requests with customers and utilities.
- Coordinate with Underground Utility Locator to identify buried utilities before excavating.
- Support the Project Manager with technical/commercial oversight, including review of change requests, directives, and monthly payment applications from contractors.
- Design traffic control plans prior to construction activities.
- Oversee inspections to ensure necessary permit signoffs, coordinating with the Project Manager and Project Engineer as needed.
- Document project progress in Procore, including site photos, incident reports, safety documents, and daily logs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations in collaboration with the Labor Compliance team.
- Obtain closeout documentation with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Engineer.
