System One is currently seeking a Construction Manager on a 12 month contract position for a solar project located in Littleton, CO.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Project overview, deliverables
Will provide on-site oversight of critical functions within the projects and ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations.
Daily meetings, plan of the day, tasks, etc.
Go and observe work to ensure that it is safe (rules/regulations) are being followed.
Tackle any delays on recovery, track progress.
NCR's and onsite/oversight for the company.
Present and write reports.
Track milestones.

Construction Manager Requirements:
10-15 years experience in cross functional skills across the following disciplines: civil, mechanical and electrical.
Prior experience running a solar project.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficient in writing reports and presenting.
Ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a team player, but a motivator.
8-15 years of experience in a multi-discipline field engineer background.
Engineering certificate, trade school or engineering degree is preferred.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Littleton, CO
Pay Rate: $70-88.50/hr
