About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Electrical Journeyman to join our operations team in Lumberton, NJ. This position plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated, controls-driven material handling systems used in automated and semi-automated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install and maintain electrical systems including wireways, cable trays, and control devices per engineering specifications.
-Perform precise terminations for low and line voltage controls, sensors, actuators, and motors.
-Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical layout drawings.
-Collaborate with engineers, control techs, and mechanical teams to ensure system integration.
-Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during installation and commissioning.
-Adhere to all NEC, OSHA, and state code requirements.
-Maintain organized workspaces and manage tools/materials efficiently.
-Provide mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians when needed.

Required Qualifications:
-MUST be a NJ Licensed Journeyman (must be current and valid).
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial electrical installations, especially in the material handling industry.
-Strong background in structured cabling, motor controls, and panel wiring.
-Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
-Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state electrical regulations.
-Experience with material handling equipment such as conveyors and sorters is a strong plus.
