Sheet Metal Technician in San Antonio Texas $30-40

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to install HVAC systems on commercial construction projects. This role involves cutting, bending, shaping sheet metal, and assembling and installing sheet metal ducts. The ideal candidate will have experience with duct installation and be proficient in using hand tools and power tools to cut openings in walls and floors.

Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems on commercial construction projects.
Hang, cut, bend, shape sheet metal.
Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate runs of duct using hand tools and power tools.
Assemble and install sheet metal ducts, fittings, and hangers.
Join ducts and fittings using screws, bolts, drives, solder, caulk, and weld joints.
Work Environment
You will need to travel to the job site daily in your own vehicle. Job sites are located in San Antonio. Expect to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed. Work starts at 7:00 am most days. A mandatory safety orientation will be held at our office on your first Monday.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $74880.00/yr.
