NCCCO Certified Friction Crane Operator with OSHA certification needed for industrial marine construction project in the Butner, NC area. You will be responsible for operating a barge mounted Linkbelt 238 lattice boom friction crane. You will be required to assist divers with critical lifts involving sluice gate removals, cofferdam installs and removals, assisting in tremie pours - including full control of tremie pipe and speed of lift, formwork and rebar installations, along with typical job duties that will include inspecting crane daily, daily maintenance, swinging steel, lifting beams, hook work, equipment lifts, and driving pile. You must have thorough knowledge of crane hand signals, and be able to read a load chart, along with ability to communicate and coordinate direction with ground crew. You will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening upon arrival.

Pay rate: up to $40/hr
Duration: 10+ months
