Overview

Seeking a Regional Operations Manager responsible for overseeing onsite personnel resources, administrative management, and program activities within an assigned region. This role ensures contract compliance, employee development, and customer satisfaction while maintaining site budget compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Oversee profit and loss performance for assigned accounts.
Implement and manage client maintenance programs, serving as senior project manager for service contracts.
Assist in executing the business unit's operational strategy.
Develop and implement team strategies and action plans aligned with FM business unit goals.
Provide progress reports to the Senior Vice President and clients.
Develop and support long-term operational plans consistent with business unit objectives.
Manage personnel in alignment with company culture, emphasizing safety, quality, and career development.
Train staff on company policies and procedures.
Review performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
Conduct quality control audits.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
Collaborate with CGL teams to achieve company objectives.
Audit and analyze maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
Promote hands-on management by engaging in customer satisfaction activities.
Complete all required training and ensure employee professionalism.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced training in building maintenance preferred.
1-3 years� experience in technical operations management within facility management or service industries preferred.
Previous managerial experience preferred.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
EPA & HVAC certification is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
Valid driver�s license and insurance required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
Knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
