Job Title: General Construction Laborer

Job Description: Looking for a general laborer to install insulation materials to pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

Installation of Insulation Materials: Apply insulation materials to pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems to control temperature and prevent energy loss.
Preparation of Surfaces: Clean and prepare surfaces before applying insulation to ensure proper adhesion and effectiveness.
Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific dimensions and shapes required for various mechanical systems.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
Assisting Experienced Insulators: Support more experienced insulators with tasks such as material handling, tool maintenance, and site cleanup.

Skills:

1+ years of construction experience or installing insulation experience
Proficiency in reading tape measures
Strong problem-solving and math skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s)

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
