PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experience Industrial Electricians for a project in Memphis, TN. This job will be installing underground duct banks using up to 1" rigid conduit. Bending, squating, kneeling and Light digging will be required. In this full-time role, you'll earn up to $35 an hour (based on experience), enjoy weekly pay, and health insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:

Hours: 5 X 10's (OT Available)

Length of Assignment: 2+ Months

Highly Preferred Criteria: �Prior experience with electrical installation specifically related to duct banks and conduit systems in an airport or large infrastructure setting�

*Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedures
*Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
*Install and maintain electrical distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and control systems.
*Use appropriate tools and equipment to excavate trenches, install duct banks, and backfill, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
*Execute the installation of electrical duct banks and conduits according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
*Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions.
*Adhere to all electrical safety standards, including OSHA regulations and state/local electrical codes.

Qualifications:

*Be at least 18 years of age
*Have a Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with a focus on underground or industrial electrical work
*Have experience working with different diameters of rigid conduit
*Proficient with electrical processes & codes
*Competent with reading blueprints, drawings, & diagrams
*Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
*Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
