Job Title: Commercial Plumber $28-$36/hr, with $100/day worked per diem
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing new plumbing systems, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with current plumbing regulations. This role requires strong customer relations skills and the ability to work on industrial expansion projects.

Responsibilities
Install new plumbing systems
Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to required angles using hand or power tools, including pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines
Layout and install PVC pipe, copper pipe, carbon steel pipe, valves, gas lines, and fixtures
Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems
Conduct pressure testing
Adhere to current plumbing regulations
Manage projects from start to finish, both underground and above ground
Essential Skills
3-4 years of experience as an Apprentice or Journeyman
Experience running a project from start to finish, both underground and above ground
Ability to solder and run pipe (12 and 8 inch)
Skilled in pipe fitting, pipe threading, pipe bending, and pipe laying
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Journey Plumber certification
Proficiency in using hand tools
Experience with construction, blueprint reading, and new construction projects

Work Environment
This project involves working on an industrial expansion for an engine plant in Lafayette, IN. Safety is a top priority, and individuals will work in both outdoor elements and inside the shell of the building. The role may require working below ground and up to 40 feet in the air.
