Needs industrial construction projects experience and ability to manage activities in the field
Project is a metal building expansion with refit from storage facility to manufacturing space. The plan will be to add correct, lighting, structural support for overhead cranes, and HVAC.
Need a candidate who manages contractors/vendors, receives material, present in the field, reports up to Sr. PM with progress etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor�s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field (Preferred).
Sufficient experience in the construction industry, typically at least 5 years, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Familiarity with construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with various stakeholders.
Certifications such as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Problem solving expertise, demonstrated by identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner; working with others to solve complex issues.
Interpersonal skills, demonstrated by considering and responding appropriately to the needs and capabilities of different people in different situations; tactfulness; treating others with respect; and relating effectively to others when encountering difficult situations.
Experience with SmartSheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
