Job Description and Shift Information:

- We will be replacing the lower counter heating Platten on a multi opening OSB Press
.
- Working around hot equipment at the beginning and end of the shutdown.

- Installation and removing the super stands to support the Press for the Platten
replacement , this will require extensive rigging and handling large steel stands in small areas*the Super Stands are 6,000 lbs each.*

- Platten will be removed by Jack n Roll method. The old Platten will be unbolted set down on to the Jack n Roll rails and removed and then the repeat the process to bring in the new Platten.

Travel Date In : March 22nd,2025
Shutdown Start Date : March 23rd , 2025
Shutdown End Date : April 2nd ,2025
Travel Out Date : April 3rd ,2025

There will be a mandatory attendance shutdown pre meeting March 22nd *Time and Location to be confirmed closer to the shutdown*.

Manpower Qualifications: *Must have certifications sent before the shutdown to TradeLink Recruiter by Wed 3/12/25

Welders must have minimum D1.1 certifications D1.1 (the work area is a tight area and the smaller the human welder the better)

Rigging experience A MUST (this is a rigging project)

Working at Heights - MUST HAVE OWN harness/double retractable lanyard)*Please ensure no one comes that is scared of heights* This is BIG BOY stuff

AWP certifications a PLUS
Telehandler certification a PLUS
Ability to work in tight areas a MUST
