Job Title: Deputy Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Engineer � Hospital Project (CPWD)
Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Engineer to oversee and coordinate all E&M services for a major hospital project under CPWD. The role involves liaising with E&M consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution as per designs and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
� Coordinate all E&M services with consultants and vendors, ensuring work is executed as per design & drawings.
� Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Modular Operation Theatre, Medical Gas Pipelines, Lift, Lighting, STP, PA Systems, Nurse Calling System, Fire Fighting, Puzzled Car Parking, DG, etc.
� Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
� Take measurements and finalize executed quantities of E&M works.
� Recommend advance payments based on work completion and ensure proper documentation.
� Manage supervisors assigned by vendors and ensure timely completion of work.
� Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to E&M systems.
� Ensure compliance with CPWD guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:
� Bachelor�s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
� Experience in E&M project coordination (preferably in hospital or large-scale infrastructure projects).
� Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
� Ability to read and interpret designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
� Proficiency in measurement and quantity finalization.
� Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
� Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
� Familiarity with CPWD projects and government regulations.
� Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
