Pay: $30 per hour + $100 per day per diem
Schedule: 6/10s (60 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are hiring Plate Welders for a project in Oilton, TX. This position requires experienced welders proficient in structural steel welding, working in an industrial setting. Candidates must have valid 4G welding certifications in hand and be prepared for full-penetration welds on plate steel.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform 4G (vertical) welding on steel plates and structural components.
Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment, torches, and grinders.
Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet project and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all OSHA safety guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Job Requirements:
4G welding certification (must be valid and in hand at time of hire).
Proficiency in steel plate welding using SMAW, FCAW, or other structural welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Experience working in industrial and construction environments.
Must have own basic welding gear and PPE (welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.).
Comfortable working 6 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6/10s).
Compensation & Benefits:
$30 per hour
$100 per day per diem (7 days per week)
60-hour workweek (overtime available)
