Develop accurate project estimates and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Strong analytical skills and construction industry knowledge required.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project schedules.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Analyze project plans and collaborate on schedules and budgets.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend solutions.
Assist with bid preparation and conduct risk assessments.
Maintain records of schedules, estimates, and change orders.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling and estimating within construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
