-Per Diem: $150 a day/days worked
-$300 sign on bonus (paid out after 2nd full week of work)
-$600 max mileage in (paid out after 2nd full week of work)
-$600 max mileage out (on layoff at end of project)
-$200 Referral Bonus for each qualified journeyman referred (paid out after referral works 4 weeks)
-Current Hours: 6 to 7 days / 10 - 10.5 hour shifts
-Outage Hours: 7 days / 11.5 hour shifts / 80.5 hours weekly
