Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Carbon Capture Facilities, Various Locations
Job Type: Long-term Contract
Reports To: Electrical Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in the construction of state-of-the-art Carbon Capture Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for running conduit both above and below ground, installing cable tray, and pulling wire to ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems within these cutting-edge facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, bend, and secure conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid, and flexible) both above and below ground per electrical codes and project specifications.
Install, support, and maintain cable tray systems for proper cable management.
Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring while ensuring compliance with NEC codes and industry standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine layout and installation requirements.
Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems as needed.
Observe and adhere to standard Boundary Codes, as they pertain to midstream Oil & Gas facilities.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
Complete documentation and reports related to daily work, safety compliance, and project progress.
