We are seeking Certified Advanced Riggers for a long-term project (6+ months) in De Soto, KS. This role requires highly skilled professionals with advanced rigging expertise and a valid Advanced Rigger Certification through NCCER or NCCCO.

Job Responsibilities:
Safely rig, lift, and position heavy equipment, machinery, and structural components
Select, inspect, and properly use rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, chains, and hoists
Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and engineered lifting plans
Operate and assist with cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices
Ensure proper weight distribution and load balancing for safe lifts
Communicate effectively with crane operators, signalers, and other crew members
Adhere to all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety guidelines
Troubleshoot and adjust rigging setups to meet project requirements
Job Requirements:
Valid Advanced Rigger Certification through NCCER or NCCCO (Required)
Minimum 3+ years of advanced rigging experience in an industrial or construction setting
Extensive knowledge of rigging principles, load calculations, and lifting techniques
Ability to work with various rigging equipment and materials
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations
Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Ability to work 50-60 hours per week and commit to long-term employment
