Job Title: Conveyor Installer
Location: De Soto, KS
Pay: $25-$28 per hour (DOE)
Per Diem: $100 per day (paid 7 days per week)
Hours: 50-60 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Conveyor Installers to join our team in De Soto, KS. This role involves installing and assembling bolt-up conveyor systems in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, and rigging.

Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and align bolt-up conveyor systems
Secure conveyor components using bolts, fasteners, and hand tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Use hoists, cranes, and rigging equipment to position conveyor sections
Ensure proper belt alignment, tensioning, and system functionality
Perform basic welding, grinding, and cutting as needed
Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and site safety protocols
Collaborate with other crew members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Experience with conveyor installation in industrial settings
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installation
Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime as needed
