Pay Rate: $34/hour | $100 per day per diem (Paid 7 days)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Conveyor Installer for a long-term project in Kansas City, MO. This role requires an experienced professional capable of overseeing and executing conveyor system installations while leading a team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of conveyor systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation
Oversee layout, alignment, and mounting of conveyor components
Ensure proper anchoring, welding, and fastening of conveyor structures
Coordinate with electricians, millwrights, and project managers to maintain workflow
Conduct troubleshooting, adjustments, and testing for system functionality
Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and installation quality
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in conveyor system installation, including mechanical and structural aspects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Experience with hand and power tools, rigging, and mechanical assembly
Understanding of safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations
Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Willingness to work 50-hour weeks and commit to long-term employment
