Plumber – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join CGL Facility Management, LLC, providing top-notch facility maintenance services to commercial clients. We’re seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and corrective plumbing tasks and minor installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and appliances.
Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with drainage, water lines, and plumbing fixtures.
Maintain accurate records in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in commercial environments.
Ability to work in confined spaces and handle night shifts or on-call duties.
Valid state driver’s license.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
