General Trades Technician – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We’re hiring a General Trades Technician to maintain and repair facilities, ensuring smooth operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and building systems.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workplace.
Respond to on-call shifts and emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
2-3 years of building maintenance experience.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Valid driver’s license; EPA certification is a plus.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
