General Trades Technician
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Join our team as a General Trades Technician! You'll handle maintenance and repairs for our facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs.
Respond to service requests.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
Assist in emergency maintenance.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
Follow safety procedures.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of maintenance experience.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
