Trillium Construction is hiring a Construction Manager in Circleville, OH. The goal of the Construction Manager is to deliver projects on time and under budget. Responsibilities include, planning, organizing, and overseeing the various tasks involved in a construction project, such as: overseeing building process, working closely with staff, craft, engineers, scheduler, and PM to develop a proper execution strategy.

Pay starts at $40.00 DOE with per-diem to qualified travelers paid on a days' worked basis.
Job Duties:
Participates in pre/post project design meeting and attends customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable.
Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction.
Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).
Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.
Qualifications:
Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Structural, Piping, and electrical diagrams.
Advanced understanding of mechanical and piping systems.
Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Primavera P6.
Effective written and oral communications.
Ability to work a full-time schedule.
Experience developing construction project schedules.
