Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Surveyor/Optical Technician in Little Rock, AR!

Ideal start date is Monday, Dec 9. Pay is DOE and starts at $30/hr. Per diem is available for qualified travelers at $100/days worked. Schedule is Mon-Sat 10 hr shifts.
Current project in Little Rock, AR is 1 year with additional long-term work to follow in the Southeast.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operation of digital total station with data collector
-Understand the operations of Theodolite Equipment
-Operate Brunsen or K&E Sight Level
-Must be able to read decimals, feet, and inches
-Must be able to shoot with in .0003 of an inch on line layout and machine square
-Perform field work, calculations layout data, and provide project management with field notes
-Establishing elevations, coordinates, verifying square, and edge form dimensions
-Establishing final equipment levelness
-Comprehends reading of drawings, prints, and schematics
-Reads and interprets maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blueprints, and other written instruction materials

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years surveying experience
-Minimum of 5 years optical alignment experience
-Experience with layout and alignment of manufacturing type of equipment, similar to tissue/paper machines, converting lines, process equipment, tanks/vessels, sole plates/base plates, conveying and material handling components
