HardHat is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators! Specific needs include 966 Loader Operators, Dozer, Grader Operators & Track Hoe Operators.

MSHA 46 IS REQUIRED, MUST BE CURRENT

Pay is up to $34/hour, There is per diem and hotel covered if you are not local, there is even travel pay in and out upon job completion! Transportation to the jobsite is provided.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
Heavy equipment operators drive and operate large pieces of construction equipment, such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, track hoe, tractors, bulldozers etc.
Ability to work outdoors in a hands-on construction environment
Read and understand grade stakes for grade checking and alignment using GPS, lasers, levels and string line
Position Requirements and Working Conditions:

Have existing experience operating heavy equipment in heavy highway construction, more specifically in heavy civil construction, preferred
Familiarity with general construction site safety requirements
Must be willing to complete manual labor
Willing to work hard, follow instructions and learn
Works outdoors at construction sites
