Title Project Superintendent

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Project Manager with the daily project planning and objectives accomplishments.

· Oversee and coordinate day-to-day field activities according to the construction documents.

· Supervise the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.

· Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

· Perform quality control and quality assurance, JHA, and on-site direction.

· Update the daily project log reporting in the selected software matrix; RFIs, Buyout, and Submittals.

· Schedule and use Touch Plan and Procore software.

· Coordinate project safety toolbox meetings with Construction Group’s Safety Manager

· Create strong and effective project planning and critical path activities.

· Coordinate weekly schedule updates with the Construction Group Project Manager to support monthly billings.

· Lead the cross-functional communication between project teams and external vendors for the project closeout.

· Participate in the Construction Group project team interviews with potential client’s submittals processes to the appropriate client/owner’s design team member

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent work experience in the related field.

· OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required

· Knowledgeable of construction projects OSHA safety guidelines

· Familiarity with computers and software programs

· Basic written and oral communication skills and attention to detail

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong multi-tasking skills and comfortability in working with a diverse project team.
