Job Summary:  
PIC Group is seeking an experienced Commissioning Turnover Coordinator with LOTO experience to support pre-commissioning, startup, and commissioning activities for greenfield 150MW natural gas peaker plant in Colorado. The Commissioning LOTO/Turnover Coordinator will report to the Commissioning Manager and has responsibility and accountability for the project turnover process between construction to commissioning and commissioning to client, operations maintenance, and owner. The Turnover Coordinator also has responsibility to manage and oversee all LOTO responsibilities, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for direct interface with commissioning professionals, coordinating commissioning completion documentation required for turnover packages. 
•    Direct interface with construction team for completions documentation required for turnover packages. 
•    Responsible for the oversight of the project punch list.
•    Assist in the walkdown of the systems with construction during construction turnover.
•    Lead system walkdowns with relevant parties.
•    Attend meetings to discuss turnover packages (TOPS) and punch list completion status.
•    Responsible and accountable for safety lockout and tagout (LOTO) related activities. 
•    Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of site-specific lockout tagout procedures.
•    Responsible for direct interface with construction, startup and craft personnel coordinating work permitting and tagging. 
•    Measure and maintain the reliability and performance of plant control systems and instruments involving such work as installing, inspecting, testing, and diagnosing the operating conditions of various types of motors, generators, transformers, switches, control equipment, wiring, electrical signal with electrical systems up to 4,160 volts.
•    Establish and maintain communications to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
•    Participate in lessons learned review and prepare close-out report sections as required.
•    Assist in reviewing all equipment, purchase, and contracts for turnover requirements.  

Job Requirements:
•    Must be able to read and understand corporate programs, policies, procedures, and instructions.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, field experience, and the ability to adapt and be flexible to changes.
•    Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
•    Must have previous work experience with providing complete turnover packages.
•    Demonstrated core competencies around plant operational principles and OSHA Lockout / Tagout Requirements. 
•    Demonstrated successful performance as Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Coordinator of multiple projects. 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•    Demonstrated successful performance as Turnover Coordinator of multiple projects. 
•    Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multitask environment with limited supervision.
•    Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Products (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

Physical Requirements:
•    Duties require walking, standing for extended periods of time, crawling, stooping, sitting, climbing vertical and inclined ladders and stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. 
•    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
•    Must be able to use protective equipment correctly (i.e., hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.) most of the day. 

Education / Experience:
•    Technology Degree, High School diploma or GED required
•    Engineering Degree, Technology Certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
•    5+ years Turnover Coordinator and LOTO experience is required.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $55 - $65.

The actual hourly rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. **
