360X Staffing is hiring for Structural Welders for Marine Winter repair work in Wisconsin. We are searching for Structural Welders, Ship Fitters, Painters, Electricians, Outside Machinists, Pipe Fitters, and Supervisor/lead positions.

Job Description:
- Perform structural welding operations in the 2G (vertical up) and 3G (overhead) positions on 3/4" steel plate with a ceramic backing strip using .052 Fluxcore wire.
- Set up welding equipment, including welding machines, gas tanks, and welding tools.
- Prepare welding surfaces by cleaning, beveling, and tacking metal components together.
- Weld components together according to the required welding procedures and quality standards.
- Pass welding tests in the 2G (vertical up) and 3G (overhead) positions using Fluxcore welding process on 3/4" steel plate with a ceramic backing strip.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

Qualifications:
- Structural welder with experience in Fluxcore welding process.
- Proficient in welding in the 2G (vertical up) and 3G (overhead) positions on 3/4" steel plate with a ceramic backing strip using .052 Fluxcore wire.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, procedures, and equipment.
- Physical strength and stamina to work in vertical and overhead positions.
- Ability to pass welding tests in the specified positions and on carbon steel plate.
