Job Title: Bilingual Traveling Safety Manager- (English & Spanish-Osha-500)

In the coming weeks we are seeking an experienced Bilingual Traveling Safety Manager- (English & Spanish-Osha-500) to join our team in TENNESSEE. As a Bilingual Traveling Safety Manager- (English & Spanish-Osha-500, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees, subcontractors, and visitors on our construction site. ** MUST HAVE AN OSHA- 500 or higher**

** MUST BE ABLE TO TEACH AND TRAIN OSHA-10 AND OSHA-30 IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH **

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 (Based on experience)

Per diem available

Overtime available

Company credit card/laptop/etc

Direct hire – temp to direct hire

Must haves:

MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH)

** MUST BE ABLE TO TEACH AND TRAIN OSHA-10 AND OSHA-30 IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH **

Must be able to pass drug/alcohol and background checks

8+ plus years’ experience in the trade (Mainly construction exp)

Must have in depth knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 500 or 501 or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment. Other certifications in safety are a plus.

Possess valid first aid/CPR certifications.

Background in incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis.

Manage site level safety coordinators.

Strong background in coaching, mentoring and training.

Must be a problem solver and the ability to work within a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365.

Willingness to travel extensively.
