Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Journeymen HVAC & Sheetmetal Installers to join our team for a long-term project in the Cincinnati, OH area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and possess the ability to build and maintain high-quality installations. This role requires a hands-on individual with mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
- Use fabrication techniques and install components as needed.
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete large-scale projects and ensure a high level of quality.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Experience:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a focus on building HVAC systems in a commercial setting.
- A strong understanding of mechanical principles and their application to HVAC systems.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other members of the crew.

Skills:

- Proficient in hanging sheet metal duct
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to build and maintain high-quality HVAC installations.
- Experience with refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC system components and their functions.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.

*OSHA 10 certification is required.

Candidates must have their own tools and PPE for the trade, along with reliable transportation to get tot he job sites. This is a W2 position with weekly pay. Hourly pay is based on experience and skill set. Per diem is available for travelers.
