TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced QC Manager with prior experience in battery storage projects in the solar industry.
Jobsite Details:
• Start Date: 11/10/24
• Location: Kingman, AZ
• Duration: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year
• Hours: 40 - 50
Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive quality management strategies to ensure that all construction activities and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction processes, materials, and workmanship to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
• Documentation: Oversee the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Training and Guidance: Provide training and support to project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and defects, coordinating with engineers and contractors to implement corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quality performance reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, issues, and progress towards quality objectives.
Qualifications:
• Excellent computer skills specifically MS Office
• Experience in QC Management on Solar energy projects
• OSHA Certified
Pay Scale:
• $32.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)
• $500.00 (weekly) per diem
