We are partnering up with a Construction Contractor who is looking to hire a full time, onsite Sr. PM with Data Center/Mission Critical experience

Title- Sr. PM
Projects - Data Center/Mission Critical
Project Sizes- The company supports projects ranging from 80M- 1.9B
Environment- Onsite, 100% travel (Most projects in the Southern Midwest)
Home Rotation- Every 2 weeks will get a trip home for a long weekend at a minimum
They do a flat $5500 per month for travel (190 and some change per day if you break it down to x7)
Pay Range- Targeting $125k-150k
Holidays- 11 to 14 HOL (site dependent but they do offer floating holidays should the site not offer a holiday that the employee wants to acknowledge)
PTO- typically 120 hrs PTO, max starting out is likely 160 hrs (PTO is accrued monthly)
Experience Needed
· 10+ years experience
· Must have experience with Data Center projects (does not have to be all 10 years but they do not have time to train someone so this person needs to be able to hit the ground running)
· Procore Certified - or well versed and able to become certified
· Understanding of multiple cooling systems when it comes to data center builds
