Now hiring a Commercial Plumbing General Foreman for new commercial work in Houghton, MI.

Working at a Michigan Tech University at a new dormitory. Installing a Daikin VRV (also known as VFR) HVAC system. All copper refrigerant lines, pvc drain lines. Looking for someone with intimate knowledge and experience with the installation of these systems on a large scale. Will manage/oversee the project and a crew of 8-10 fitters/plumbers. This job will be done with ProPress fittings and have minimal brazing. Must be familiar with both processes.

Starting September 30th
6 month duration
70 hours a week (double time Sunday)

Pay: $52/hr + $130/day per diem 7 days

Qualifications:
- Foreman/site superintendent experience required (Verifiable references & work history)
- Knowledgeable with VFR/VRV HVAC systems
- Familiar with BIM software (all prints done through BIM)
- Can start 9/30
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
