Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Superintendent to oversee the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings at industrial sites throughout the country.

Duties:
- Plans and supervises all activities including determining method of construction, sequencing, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedule
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the construction operation, through assigned personnel
- Creates and maintains project schedule, plans, monitors, and reviews critical path dates and milestone schedules, in conjunction with Project Manager.
- Communicates site problems, plan conflicts, schedule, and quality issues effectively to the Project Manager and General Contractor
- Ensures that project safety protocols are implemented and followed, Site Specific Safety Plans, JSA's, Daily Activity Planner, and Toolbox Talks
- Assists the Project Manager with Change Order review

Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $60/hr - $70/hr
- Monthly lump sum per diem for food, lodging, vehicle, and travel home

Duties:
- Five or more years of previous experience in a Foreman or Superintendent role required
- Previous experience erecting steel on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Proficient in Procore, and MS Office programs
- OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to travel nationwide
