We are seeking a dedicated Structural Bridge Foreman to join our team for projects located in Tidewater, Virginia. Pay is up to $100,000/yearly- this is a direct hire position.

The ideal candidate will oversee the day to day operations, of assigned tasks/project, and perform supervisory duties of assigned crew(s). This position reports to the Bridge/Structures Project Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules using software such as Bluebeam
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Estimate construction costs accurately
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Utilize HeavyBid or similar software for project budgeting

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction supervision
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management
- Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction sites
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
