We are currently hiring a Commercial Sales Estimator in Denver, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire position that will include an excellent Medical & Dental Package, 401k Profit sharing program, Car allowance, 7 paid holidays- Salary is up to $100,000.

Scope of work consists of but not limited to the following:

Serves as a liason between customers and offices
Visit Customer accounts
Increase Sales to existing accounts
Create plans of action to assist when there is an identified customer problem or need
Maintains records and keep data current
Genuinely & effectively work with a diverse team to achieve business results
Thoroughly review specifications & blueprints to determine scope of work required
Cover all project costs including unique project requirements
Coordinate with multiple vendors for quotes on spec compliance
Develop budget estimates from narratives or system sketches
Must be able to follow through each step from pre-bid to approvals
