We are currently hiring an Operations Manager in Denver, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire position that will include an excellent Medical & Dental Package, 401k Profit sharing program, Car allowance, 7 paid holidays- Salary is up to $140,000.

Scope of work consists of but not limited to the following:

Manage consistent efficient flow for optimum production
Job Costing/creating reports for PMs for cost tracking
Assist PMs with schedule of values
Oversight buyout with PMs
Ensure PMs complete weekly jobsite reports, weekly recaps, keep up on their duties
Attend mediation meetings & negotiate contracts
Establish good rapport with vendors, GC's owners & subcontractors
Procurement, billing, jobcosts, etc.
