Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Site Supervisor at Bancare, Inc. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction projects, manage site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.

Construction Site Supervisor Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management and site supervision
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Previous experience in the bank equipment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred

Construction Site Supervisor Requirement:

- Experience with ground-up projects
- Experience specific to high-end office remodels
- Able to monitor project costs, perform cost analysis, and prepare project reports
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Excellent collaboration, analytical, communication, and time management skills
- 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor required
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience preferred
- Strong carpentry skills required
- 5 years minimum of managing construction sites
- Strong skillset of understanding all plans and disciplines
