Job Posting: Field Crew Ironworkers / Millwrights

Company Confidential seeks dependable and reliable Ironworkers/Millwrights for field crew

positions. Candidates should have experience in heavy mechanical work, including inspecting,

disassembling, assembling, installing industrial equipment, welding, and fitting. Following the

Field Supervisor's instructions and contributing positively to the team is essential.

Responsibilities:

 Adhere to safety protocols (MSHA/OSHA), training, and orientation procedures.

 Perform duties safely using required PPE and maintain awareness of others.

 Follow Superintendent/Supervisor instructions and work as a team.

 Inspect, disassemble, reassemble heavy equipment using cranes, forklifts, man-lifts,

pneumatic, hydraulic tools, hand tools, and torches.

 Use rigging knowledge for hoisting machine components.

 Crane signals

 Bolting, and cutting materials as needed.

 Welding, gouging, and fitting.

 Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

 Maintain and clean tools and equipment.

Requirements:

 High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

 Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

 Basic math skills required.

 Knowledge of basic bolting, welding, and gouging.

 Proficiency with hand, pneumatic, hydraulic tools, hoists, pulleys, and jacks.

 Familiarity with crane hand signals and rigging.

 Problem-solving skills and quality mindset.

 Safety-conscious, and able to pass drug screening.

 Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

 MSHA/OSHA regulation knowledge is a plus.

Travel:

 Extensive travel throughout the US.

 Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends

 Work in all weather conditions.

 Hotels paid.

 Per Diem allowance for meals.

Benefits and Pay:

 Starting at $30.00 per hour after the 45-day probationary period.

 Health, dental, disability, and vision insurance after 90 days.
