360 is hiring for experienced shipyard structural stick welders that are able to pass a weld test. This position is responsible for welding equipment, parts, interiors and exteriors of ships, and shipyard buildings at our facility.

Weld Tests that will need to be passed:

1/16" flux core welding on carbon steel plate. New construction of barges. 3G and 4G positions Day Shift (possible transition to nights at some point) Pay raise for shift differential.

This is long term work working 60 hours a week with per diem.

Pay is based upon weld test results.
