360 is hiring for experienced shipyard structural stick welders that are able to pass a weld test. This position is responsible for welding equipment, parts, interiors and exteriors of ships, and shipyard buildings at our facility.

Weld Tests that will need to be passed:

6010 Root 3/16" carbon steel plate in 3G and 4G lap weld positions. Must pass both plate tests to be considered. Plate coupons will be both visually inspected and then cut to check for porosity.

This is long term work working 40-50 hours a week with per diem.

Pay is based upon weld test results.
