Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee the installation, adjustment, repair, and maintenance of material handling systems. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and successful project completion while providing leadership and supervision to our electrical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
-Installation: Install power supply wiring and conduit such as EMT, Rigid conduit, strut, and cable trays.
-Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits.
-Maintenance & Repair: Maintain and repair electrical systems, including switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, and conveyor systems.
-Testing: Test electrical systems for compatibility and safety using devices like ohmmeters and voltmeters.
-Inspection: Inspect systems for hazards, defects, or code compliance, performing necessary adjustments or repairs.
-Diagnosis: Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools.
-Project Leadership: Lead installation projects according to ASBECO Job Layout Procedure and supervise crew members.
-Supervision: Supervise ASBECO employees, independent contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
-Training: Provide training to personnel as required and ensure compliance with work rules and customer requirements.
-Customer Interface: Interface with customers for project updates and completion status reporting.
-Safety Standards: Maintain safety standards through daily meetings and required reports.
-Documentation: Ensure successful project completion and fulfill all documentation requirements.
-General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications:
-Education: Some college education preferred; licensed electrician certification preferred.
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in electrical installation for material handling systems.
-Travel: Willingness to travel 100% and reliable transportation to job sites.
-Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, run projects, and follow directions.
