Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for Lead Assessor and Assessment Team Member opportunities in Richland, WA to support CPCCo at the Hanford Site.

Travel and Per Diem is available for on-site trips.

Scope of Work:
Seeking Lead Assessors and Team Members to perform assessments on a scheduled and as-needed basis for the following technical areas:
Quality Assurance (Independent Assessment - Audit/Surveillance)
Safety Management Program
ES&H
Conduct of Operations
Fire Protection
Nuclear Maintenance
Radiation Protection

The following tasks shall be completed for each assessment:
Develop or assist in development of checklists
Perform Assessment
Complete summary for assessment

Tasks will include assessing operational performance and compliance; completing assessment meetings, personnel interviews, checklist or lines of inquiry; completing summaries; and attending daily debriefs, as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Team Member:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the technical areas stated above.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years’ experience for 1 year of education)

Lead Assessor:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in one or more of the technical areas stated above.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years’ experience for 1 year of education)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading assessments

SITE CONDITIONS AND KNOWN HAZARDS
All work will be administrative in nature; however, resource may be performed in the field at nuclear facilities and/or construction sites.

WORK LOCATION
Work scope shall be performed at the Buyer’s facility, primarily in the 100 and 200 Areas of the Hanford Site within administrative facilities, at the CPCCo Fermi Building in Richland.

Attend Preparation Meetings
Attend Closeout Meetings
Attend adhoc meetings as directed

COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and may range between $60.00 - $150.00 per hour.
