HardHat is hiring an experienced NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for a long term project in Skowhegan, Maine. Must be able to operator 120RT Crane & up to 150 tons& must be able to operate other Heavy Equipment as needed (Carry Deck, overhead cranes, RT Forklift, etc.)

Pay- $40/hour
Per diem paid on days worked-$150
Travel in pay & Travel Out pay upon layoff
Working at least 50 hours a week

Requirements:
- Operating and maintaining cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Rigging materials and ensuring proper handling during lifting operations.
- Utilizing heavy equipment for various construction tasks.
- Demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot any crane issues that may arise.
- Commercial driving to transport equipment to different job sites.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations on site.
- Backhoe operation, excavator use, and forklift operation as needed.
- Engaging in construction activities such as building and dismantling structures.
- Utilizing boom trucks for specialized lifting operations.
- Applying warehouse experience to manage inventory and materials.
- Handling shipping and receiving tasks efficiently to support project timelines.
